By downloading or using DeepMotion AI, SpeakEasy AI, or Football Analyzer (the "Apps"), these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the Apps.

1. Acceptable Use and Restrictions

DeepMotion AI is designed for entertainment purposes. You agree NOT to use the app to:

Create non-consensual deepfakes or manipulate the identity of individuals without their explicit permission.
Generate or distribute Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), pornography, or explicit adult content.
Defame, harass, or cyberbully any individual.
Create content intended for political manipulation or spreading fake news.

Violation of these terms will result in a permanent ban of your Device ID and IP address without a refund of your credits.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

You confirm that you own the rights to the photos and videos you upload to DeepMotion AI, or that you have obtained the necessary permissions from the copyright owners. We do not claim ownership of the content you generate, but you are solely responsible for how you share and use it.

3. Credits and Purchases

All in-app purchases and credit transactions are processed via Stripe. Credits are non-refundable once used to initiate a video generation process, as this consumes server GPU resources. If a video generation fails due to a server error, your credits will be automatically refunded to your balance.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

The Apps and their content are provided "as is". Devrim ONCU makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the AI models. We are not legally responsible for any content generated by users.

5. Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years old to use the payment features and the biometric data processing functions within DeepMotion AI.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update our Terms of Service from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
